As project owner at Nestlé & Confiserie Napoleon, I was responsible to deliver on time, convince managers and colleagues, coordinate and satisfy various external and internal stakeholders, as well as to ensure a smooth process and execution during and after the project.
Perseverance
I did not always take the easy way to get where I am today. This does not mean it was not totally worth it. I enjoyed challenging myself, learn from mistakes and always aim high.
From the girl who could not make it into college, to a person who finished her bachelor degree and got a job in the largest FMCG company in the world.
I've proven my capability to translate my aspirations into actions and will continue to do so.
